Frequently Asked Questions

Southern Charm Senior Living offers all private rooms. We encourage residents to furnish their room with their favorite and familiar furnishings, decorations, and cherished photos or memorabilia. We have lift chairs for each room if desired. However, if you need assistance with furnishings, we can help!

You are welcome to visit your loved one anytime during normal waking hours at Southern Charm Senior Living. Please keep in mind that some of our residents participate in activities/events and may have early bedtimes.

The admission process for Southern Charm Senior Living starts with a tour of our home, followed by an assessment of the resident's care needs. We work with the resident and their family to create a personalized care plan to determine the appropriate level of care. 

The cost for Southern Charm Senior Living is tailored to individual needs upon admission and is less than 24-hour in-home care. Care is covered under many long-term care insurance policies. We can help you navigate these policies if you request. Our team will be happy to explore other options to help cover care expenses with a resident or their family.
