The cost is determined by the amount of time you need, the level of care, and if we will be helping more than one loved one.  We are locally owned and operated with lower care cost than most major chain in-home caregiving companies. You are welcome to visit your loved one anytime during normal waking hours at Southern Charm Senior Living. Please keep in mind that some of our residents participate in activities/events and may have early bedtimes.

The admission process for Southern Charm Senior Living starts with a tour of our home, followed by an assessment of the resident's care needs. We work with the resident and their family to create a personalized care plan to determine the appropriate level of care. 

The cost for Southern Charm Senior Living care homes is compartively priced to a nursing care home but with private rooms and a lower resident to caregiver ratio. We help with coverage from long-term care policies and veterans benefits. 

Southern Charm Senior Living offers all private rooms. with large 36" door entrances. Most of our rooms feature views of nature and a strategically placed bird feeder. We encourage residents to furnish their room with their favorite and familiar furnishings, decorations, and cherished photos or memorabilia. We have lift chairs for each room if desired.
