Our residential care homes offer seniors the comfort and familiarity of a real home combined with personalized assistance and attentive caregiving. Our intimate setting and low caregiver-to-resident ratio allow us to know each resident—their routines, preferences, history and the little things that make them feel at home.
Our care homes features two boutique-style residential care homes for seniors located in cozy, safe neighborhoods. Our homes are centrally located in Benton, Arkansas, and easily accessible from major highways.
Nurse-Led Care & Clinical Collaboration
Care Supported by Nursing Experience
Our residential care homes are supported by an RN Manager who helps oversee resident needs, identify changes in condition and coordinate with families and healthcare providers when appropriate.
Working Together for Better Care
We welcome and collaborate with outside healthcare professionals, allowing residents to receive services from hospice, home health, palliative care and therapy providers while remaining in the comfort and familiarity of home.

Personal assistance with daily routines, bathing and grooming; mobility and safety support; medication reminders; meals; companionship; dementia support; meaningful activities; observation for changes; communication with families; and coordination with outside healthcare providers as appropriate.
Care also includes the things that aren't found on a checklist—knowing how someone likes their morning coffee, what music makes them smile, when they prefer to wake up, the foods they enjoy, and when they simply need a little reassurance or companionship.
Assisted living, long-term care, respite care and end-of-life care are available. There is no need to move when the level of care changes. Your loved one can age-in-place with us.

Our dementia care is supported by Registered Nurses with essentiALZ® certification through the Alzheimer's Association.
Our smaller residential setting allows caregivers to become familiar with each resident's routines, preferences, abilities, personality and life history—helping us respond to the person rather than simply the diagnosis.
